To ensure prompt processing of your travel insurance claim, it is important that you submit a completed Travel Insurance Claim Form and the Original Policy / Certificate of Insurance together with the following applicable documents to:

• Death Certificate
• Medical Report

• Original Medical Bills/Certificates
• 24-Hours Worldwide Travel Assistance Service provided by AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL ASSISTANCE SERVICE (AIAS)

Travel Cancellation and Travel Postponement

• Death Certificate/Doctor's letter
• Invoice from travel agency and statement showing amount refunded
• Invoice showing cancellation charges/administration charge for postponement
• Proof of relationship to Insured

  Travel Curtailment

• Additional ticket purchase
• Letter from agency showing breakdown of trip not utilized
• Proof of relationship to Insured

Damage Baggage

• Property Irregularity Report
• Receipts/Photographs of damaged baggage

  Baggage Delay

• Property Irregularity Report
• Air Ticket and acknowledgment receipt on baggage received

  Baggage Loss

• Property Irregularity Report/Police Report/Hotel Management Report
• Receipts of items lost/proof of purchase

  Flight Delay

• Delay report from airline
• Air Ticket and Boarding Pass

  Personal Money

• Police Report/Hotel management Report

  Loss of Travel Document

• Police Report
• Receipts of replacement Passport
• Hotel bills incurred for replacement of document
• Transportation bills
• Administration charges for obtaining replacement air ticket
• Police Report/Hotel management Report

  Pet Care

• Delayed report from airline
• Written confirmation from the kennel/cattery or pet hotel adivising the original pick-up date and the actual pick-up date
